Hello!
Glad to see you checking out my Water Cab - Fully Rigged and Animated Model.
I finally took the time and revisit my water cab model, upgrade textures, rig it, animate it and split it up into parts for maximum usage capabilities. (The old files are still included, WaterCab_v3 is what you want)
It was created with references from water cabs typically seen in Venezia, with authenticity and realism as focus.
Features:
- High Quality Optimized 3D Model
- High Resolution Textures
- Fully Rigged
- Fully Animated (43 animations, doors, steeringwheel, chair, dashboard elements, motor; see Lists-Picture and videos)
- Optional Parts (split up into 37 parts for extra usability; see Lists-Picture and videos)
- WaterMask Model (used to mask water from Physical Water Surface, for example)
- Number of Unique Meshes: 1 Skeletal Mesh (37 unrigged optional Parts)
- Vertex Count: 50785
- Triangles Count: 76176
- Bones: 29
- LODs: 1
- Number of Textures: 9 (2 Sets - Essentials and Details: Albedo, RAHM [Roughness, AO, Height, Metallness], Normal, Emissive, Interior Masks to exclude from dripping water material effects for example)
- Texture Resolutions: 8192x8192
Materials/Textures were created for the PBR workflow and max supported resolution, split up into Essentials and Details should the details not be necessary. (Albedo, RAHM [Roughness, AO, Height, Metallness], Normal, Emissive, Interior Masks to exclude dripping water material effects from Ultra Dynamic Weather in Unreal Engine 4). I added some Marmoset Toolbag 4 Renderings of the asset as well.
The full model is rigged and animated (43 animations; doors, steeringwheel, chair, dashboard elements, motor), you can use the linear animations provided and create a statemachine yourself, or even only use the rig and ignore my animations.
The 37 Model Parts are static meshes, maybe you just want the doors? Or you want to use the chair for a bar? You can reassemble the whole boat by placing them all at the same position.
I also included the WaterMask Mesh that I used to mask the water of Physical Water Surface from the Marketplace
Check out the videos to see the asset used in Unreal Engine 4 and what animations are included. I hope you like the asset, would appreciate reviews and feedback so I can improve for the future.
